From this week’s NY TImes Magazine:
I’ll comment over the weekend… Much to say about this.
From this past Sunday’s New York Times.
“…But brain researchers have discovered that when we consciously develop new habits, we create parallel synaptic paths, and even entirely new brain cells, that can jump our trains of thought onto new, innovative tracks.
“Rather than dismissing ourselves as unchangeable creatures of habit, we can instead direct our own change by consciously developing new habits. Starting Friday, May 2nd, a new LEVEL I CLASS will be added to the schedule:
FRIDAY LEVEL I 4:00-5:15
taught by SUSAN TVEEKREM
Susan was given rave reviews while substituting Monday and Wednesday classes this winter,
so we added a class of her own, to keep up the good work. She will be each week, continuing with the theme that I teach in the other classes, but creating her own sequences, point of view, etc.
For more info on Susan and her teaching check out her site:
My Discount 10 Class Cards are VALID in Susan’s classes.
