Daido John Loori Roshi

To Muge Daido Daiosho

In birth, nothing is added.
In death, nothing is extinguished.
Yet, today, autumn leaves are falling in the veil of tears.
Your whole breath released into infinite sky.
Another moment of ceaseless giving,
Soaring on a vow more ancient than time.
No Hindrance Great Way is Thus.

Aieeeeeeeee……

Learning to love all of this world is your intimate teaching.
Letting go completely is my gratitude.
Trees and clouds are bowing with the wind.
Leaves are dancing through dark and light.
