My CLASS SCHEDULE AT SATYA YOGA RHINEBECK IS AS FOLLOWS:
TUESDAY, GENERAL LEVEL, 6-7:30 pm
YOGA CLASS PRICES:
All classes are on a drop-in, pay-per-class basis.
GENERAL LEVEL CLASS (1 1/2 hour) single drop in class is $15.
My Yellow discount class cards are valid in Woodstock and Mt. View Studios only, not at Satya in Rhinebeck. If you want a discount, you must buy it directly through Satya Yoga. Contact them for prices.
LOCATION / DIRECTIONS:
SATYA YOGA RHINEBECK is located in the heart of Rhinebeck Village at 6400 Montgomery Street, diagonally opposite the Beekman Arms Hotel and across from Upstate Films. Satya Yoga is on the 3rd floor of the brick building. Look for the Ganesh Banner.
ABOUT CLASS LEVELS:
GENERAL LEVEL all students at all levels are welcome. This class will have options for the more advanced students. The basics of Level I will be reinforced and built upon. If you are a regular practicing yogi, but new to Iyengar yoga, please come to this class before attending Level II-III. If you have never practiced yoga before, please start in Level I.
